Jade Hall, Business Broker

Jade Hall has been on both sides of the table. She has bought and sold a number of businesses herself, in different industries: she launched an Amazon private label brand and later exited it, acquired a franchise, and financed a brick-and-mortar business with an SBA loan. Those experiences taught her how a sale looks to the buyer as well as to the seller.

That perspective shapes the way she guides owners through what is often one of the most important transactions they will ever make. Drawing on her background in business ownership, Jade focuses on helping clients get the most value from their companies and work through the complexities of a sale. Her clients range from digital brands and tech companies to brick-and-mortar businesses, and with each one her aim is a smooth transaction and a well-planned exit.

Jade knows that selling a business is an emotional decision as much as a financial one, and she keeps both in view for the clients she serves nationwide. She grew up and went to school in New York, where she built the entrepreneurial mindset and work ethic that still drive her today.

Outside of work, she volunteers at the Humane Society, fosters dogs and cats that need a temporary home, and, having held a boat captain's license since 2020, enjoys time on the water, spending summers in New York and winters in Florida.
