RJ Martin, Business Broker

RJ Martin built his career across several industries before turning to business brokerage. He started out in a rotational development program in manufacturing, where he learned operations and leadership firsthand.

He then moved into sports and entertainment ticket sales, a fast-paced field that honed his ability to build relationships and negotiate. As a consultant, he helped companies run more efficiently and become more profitable through lean transformation and automation. He has also led real estate transactions through to closing, sharpening his valuation and strategic deal-making skills.

A former college athlete, RJ applies the discipline, teamwork and drive he developed in competition to every deal. He believes each company has its own story and works to help owners convert it into lasting value.

He now combines that experience with a strong buyer network spanning private equity, family offices and strategic acquirers to help owners complete successful exits and growth transitions. Clients know him for practical insight and a people-first approach that pairs strategic thinking with real care.
