Eric St. Germain, Business Broker

Eric St. Germain's path into business ownership started in college, when he worked at his father's Burger King restaurant. He went on to own multiple units as a franchisee and to serve as an area developer, working with several restaurant companies such as East of Chicago Pizza and Culver's.

After leaving the restaurant industry, Eric worked in Grand Rapids, MI, as a real estate agent with Keller Williams, and later moved into mortgages as a Mortgage Broker with Motto Mortgage Franchise. In 2020 he relocated to Texas to work as an area developer with Bridge Internet, bringing wireless internet service to West Texas. He has also worked as a broker on new franchise start-ups.

Eric lives in the Austin area and is involved in a local BNI group. He enjoys helping people with business ownership and keeps learning about what leads to success. He is also active in the community, supporting efforts on homelessness and animal well-being.

In his free time he heads to the Hill Country lakes and parks, plays golf, goes boating and takes his dog on walks.
