No. All SellerForce FSBO packages are commission-free. You pay an upfront and monthly fee depending on your selected tier. That means you keep 100% of the sale proceeds at closing.

We send you all buyers when they reach out to us. Depending on the tier you choose, we’ll either just forward all inquires to you, or we’ll handle the NDA process and only send over buyers that have signed the NDA.
Once you find a buyer, you can follow our FSBO Deal Checklist (or any other process you desire) to move the transaction toward closing. We also offer optional legal and escrowconnects (depending on your tier) if you need assistance.
